High Court Grants Regular Bail to Allu Arjun

Hero Allu Arjun has received relief in the Sandhya Theater stampede case. Nampally Court has granted him regular bail, issuing the necessary orders.

The court decided to grant Allu Arjun bail with a bond of ₹50,000 and two sureties.

The stampede occurred during the "Pushpa 2" premiere show at Sandhya Theater on December 4, 2024, resulting in the death of a woman named Revathi. Following this incident, the Chikkadapally police filed a case against Allu Arjun and the theater management.

Subsequently, the police arrested Allu Arjun and presented him in court, where the court initially granted him interim bail.

During the proceedings, the Public Prosecutor accused Allu Arjun of being responsible for the stampede at the theater, stating that if bail was granted, he might not cooperate with the investigation.

On the other hand, Allu Arjun's lawyer, Niranjan Reddy, argued that the actor had no connection to the incident and that Section BNS 105 does not apply to him.

After a delayed hearing, Nampally Court recently granted Allu Arjun regular bail. With his remand completed, he attended the hearing virtually.

Additionally, Allu Arjun's legal team filed a regular bail petition, which the court approved on Friday.
